1. About us and contract formation

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website and all information given.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We operate a drop shipping business. This means that products are supplied and dispatched directly to you by our third-party suppliers.

2. Delivery (drop shipping specific)

We arrange delivery of your goods on your behalf through our third-party suppliers.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. As goods are shipped directly from our suppliers, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

We remain responsible for your order and for resolving any issues with delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.

3. Your consumer rights (UK law)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If your goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK law.

4. Right to cancel (distance selling)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly (for example by email).

Once you cancel, you must return the goods to us or our nominated returns address. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

5. Returns and refunds

Because we use third-party suppliers, return instructions may differ depending on the product.

You must contact us before returning any item so that we can provide you with the correct returns address.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, unless the goods are faulty.

As these items are supplied by a third party, if you change your mind within 30 days after receiving your order and wish to return the items, you will be liable for the returns postage. 

6. Pricing and payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Prices include delivery to Mainland UK. Where applicable extra carriage charges may apply to postcodes to remote locations or overseas.

7. Affiliates

While we exercise our due diligence on what companies we promote on our website, we  do not directly endorse the quality or competency of products/services that are offered. Agreeing to the terms set out by individual companies is strictly between you (the customer) and the chosen company. We in no way accept any liability for services or products provided by external companies.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of business.

9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
